Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next business day.
  • During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and arrange a refund if payment has already been made.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Nimadi Farms may offer free shipping on select products, orders above a specified value, or during promotional campaigns.
  • Any such offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • A tampered package
  • An incorrect product
  • A package with missing items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@nimadifarms.com along with photographs of the package and products received.

Requests raised beyond 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Nimadi Farms shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Strikes or labour issues
  • Courier partner operational delays
  • Any other force majeure events

Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order

We reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any refund processed or charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatching the order.

Order Acceptance

Ownership and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information submitted is accurate and complete.
