Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Nimadi Farms, we take utmost care in producing and delivering fresh, natural, and high-quality food products. If, however, you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 5-day return/replacement policy. This means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice/order confirmation must be provided.
  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

As our products fall under the food category, opened, used, or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for return or replacement unless there is a verified quality issue.

Returns & Replacements Are Accepted Only In The Following Cases

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product packaging was tampered with or not properly sealed upon delivery.
  • The product had expired at the time of delivery.
  • There is a verified manufacturing or quality issue with the product.

To help us process your request quickly, we may ask for photographs of the product, packaging, and batch details.

Return Pick-Up

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same address where the order was delivered. You will be informed about the expected pickup date and further steps via email or phone.

Replacement Process

For approved replacement requests, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item has been picked up and verified. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location but are generally completed within 3–7 business days.

Delivery-Related Issues

In case of any delivery-related discrepancy, including missing items, damaged packaging, or incorrect products received, please notify us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Nimadi Farms reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or incomplete customer information.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
